beware the malware.

i’ve been informed that for some of the lovely visitors to my blog (i.e. PC PEOPLE) that my site throws up a malware warning. i have no idea what this means. but it sounds bad. reminiscent of malaria. or maladies.

rest assured, my tech department are working day and night to fix the issue.

by tech department, i mean this guy. who gets reimbursed with tolerance when he suggests we eat mexican food for every meal of the day. :)

in an attempt to get to the bottom of this malware infection, if you do get weird errors when you come to my blog, please leave me a note in the comments section. and tell me what browser you use (i.e. safari, firefox, chrome, internet-explorer etc.). and also whether you use a mac or a pc.

merci.

Tragically, I get the malware warning and on my PC using Explorer, I got a terrible virus! The virus is a pretend anti-virus called ‘Windows ThinkPoint’. I removed it easily though. NO warning today, yet!

I use chrome on a PC, and I actually contracted the virus. I wasn’t sure what was happening, but I looked around and found out that “problems on the hardrive unseen to the user” was a pot of crock. I finally got rid of it and saw that the SoulPancake website came up with the same warning for me too. I had it for a day-ish and the warnings lasted for a day too. Glad you have been notified and can continue on virus-free!
